Suite Policies:

• Seven ( 7 ) night minimum on advance bookings unless smaller spaces available.

• Maid service every three to four days on short-term stays. Weekly service on monthly stays.

• 30 day reservation-cancellation policy.

• Rates subject to 7% GST which is refundable to non-Canadian guests.   No GST on stays of 30 days or more.  No hotel tax required.

• Suite is self-catered with fully-equipped kitchen. Most suitable for 1- 4 persons – maximum 6.  (additional cost over four persons)

• Children and babies are considered “persons”.  We have a high chair and crib set up is included in the rates noted.  Please give advance notice if you need the crib set up.

• Check-In time is generally between 3 and 5 pm or by previous arrangement.  Check-Out is 11 am.

• Smoke and pet free environment.

Reservation / Cancellation Policy

• Credit card # required to reserve suite at time of booking.

• Payment by cash, check, traveller’s check or credit card, upon arrival.

• Reservations not cancelled 30 days prior to the scheduled commencement night will be billed to your credit card for the entire cost of your reserved stay.  We will do our best to re-rent the suite and we will reimburse you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus one night for administrative costs.
